Hi there! Thanks for visiting my digital portfolio. I’m Jake, a researcher and aspiring self-shooting producer from the south coast, now based in London.

Over the past three and a half years, I’ve had a great journey so far in the industry. Primarily working in TV, I’ve been lucky to travel across the UK, assisting to uncover amazing stories for shows like The Great British Bake-Off, Junior Bake-Off, and The Piano, amongst others.

I’m passionate about connecting with people and telling their stories— whether that's helping to cast the next star baker, filming an interview with a rising boxer, or supporting a pianist give a performance of a lifetime. Creativity and storytelling are at the core of everything I do. I absolutely love getting on location, chatting and getting the cameras rolling.

My experience spans commercial, documentary, long-form, short-form, studio, branded content, with the bulk being major competition and children’s TV for international audiences. Along the way, I’ve honed skills in casting, production, location assistance, camera assistance, shooting, edit assistance, and more.
